After completion of the course, participants will be able to:
• Do complex data manipulation with modern libraries (dplyr, tidyr, …)
• Generate advanced data visualizations (ggplot & plotly)
• Creating simple applications with reactive programming (shiny)
• Handle expressions & evaluation
• Import/export different file formats
• Debugging & Benchmarking

Bringing your own data is highly encouraged but not required.

Target group: Biologists / Neuroscientists who want to analyze and visualize their data

Prerequisites: Basics in R syntax and datatypes (lists, vectors, dataframes)
